Too Many Options, No Clear Order
Everyone has a favourite process to fix, but nobody's compared them on time and cost impact.
Tools Bought Before the Problem Was Mapped
Software gets chosen before the process is mapped, so the tool doesn't fit the work.
Leadership and Staff See Different Problems
What slows down leadership isn't always what slows down the people doing the work.
No Evidence to Justify the Spend
Without a clear evidence base, automation budget is hard to defend internally.
A Roadmap You Can Use Anywhere.
This is a scoped, paid engagement for teams with several processes and no clear place to start. It starts by agreeing scope and typically takes two to three weeks, and produces a written roadmap you can act on with me or with anyone else, built from conversations with the people doing the work.

Frequently asked questions.
Is this the same as your free discovery call?+
No. The discovery call is a free 30-minute conversation that ends with a written diagnostic. The Strategy Review goes deeper across your team, with workshops, time costing for each process, and a full prioritised roadmap. It's a paid engagement.
How much does it cost?+
From £799, fixed and agreed before the review starts, for one team or a defined set of processes. Larger scopes are quoted on the discovery call.
Does the fee count toward a build?+
Yes. If you go ahead with a build afterwards, the fee is credited against the build price, up to its value.
Do I have to build with you afterwards?+
No obligation. You walk away with the roadmap either way, and you're free to hand it to anyone you like.
How long does it take?+
Typically two to three weeks, depending on how many processes and people are involved, and confirmed on the call.
