Is the Systems Diagnostic really free?+
Yes. The full process mapping and written diagnostic cost nothing. If that ever changes, it won't apply to anyone I've already quoted.
Do you offer a paid strategy review?+
Yes. The Automation Strategy Review is a paid engagement from £799, for teams with several processes to weigh up. It includes workshops, time costing for each process and a written roadmap, and the fee is credited against a build if you go ahead.
How is governance work priced?+
Governance work is quoted as a fixed price, either alongside a build or on its own, once the scope is agreed on the discovery call. See the AI & Automation Governance page for what's included.
How is training priced?+
Team training is quoted as a fixed price per workshop, once the scope is agreed on the discovery call. See the Team Training page for what's included.
Do you charge by the hour?+
No. Builds are fixed price, agreed before work starts. Retainers are a fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope.
Are software subscriptions included?+
No. Tools like Zapier, Make or n8n are paid for by you directly to the provider, separate from my fee.
Do the prices include VAT?+
I'm not VAT registered, so the prices shown are the full price.
How does payment work?+
Builds are 50% upfront to start and 50% on handover, with invoices due within 7 days. Retainers are paid monthly in advance.
Is support included after a build?+
Yes, for 14 days after handover, covering fixes to anything that doesn't work as agreed. Changes, new features, and issues caused by a platform changing count as new work, or can be covered by a retainer.
What affects the price of a build?+
Number of systems touched, error handling and approval logic, data volume, and whether custom code or an AI agent is needed.
Can I start with just one automation and add more later?+
Yes. It usually makes sense to start with the highest-impact process and expand from there, as further builds or a retainer.
