Why not just use Zapier or Make myself?+
You can, for simple single-step automations, and plenty of businesses should. It gets hard once you need error handling, multi-tool logic or conditional branching, or when one platform can't reliably do what you need. I design the whole system, choose the right tool for each part, and document it so it can be maintained.
How much does it cost?+
Every project is fixed price and agreed before work starts, with builds from £499. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
How long does a build take?+
As a guide, a single-process build takes one to three weeks, and larger builds spanning several systems take longer. You'll get a fixed timeline before any build work starts.
Which tools do you work with?+
Zapier, Make, n8n, direct API integrations and custom code, plus AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT where a process needs them. I pick the tool for each job, not the other way round.
What if I already have some automation in place?+
I review what's there, keep whatever works reliably, and fix or rebuild anything fragile, undocumented or breaking silently.
Is it worth it for a small business?+
If a manual process runs several times a week, or a mistake in it is costly (a missed follow-up, a billing error, a compliance gap), it's likely worth automating whatever your size. The discovery call will tell you honestly if it isn't yet.
Do you build with AI as well as workflow tools?+
Both, depending on the job. Rule-based processes get a straightforward workflow. Processes that need judgement, such as reading unstructured text or deciding how to respond, get an AI agent layered in or built custom.
What happens if the automation breaks after handover?+
For 14 days after handover, fixes to anything that doesn't work as agreed are included. After that, you can fix it yourself using the documentation, bring me back in on a paid basis, or take a retainer, which includes monitoring and fixes.
Do I own what you build?+
Yes. Once it's paid for in full and handed over, you own what's built, along with the documentation.
Can I see your work before hiring you?+
Yes. The Case Studies page shows 16 demonstration builds across professional services, eCommerce, healthcare and other sectors, with walkthrough videos for some. They're demos, not client results.
Do you sign an NDA, and how is sensitive data handled?+
Yes. I'll sign an NDA on request, and any data-handling requirements are agreed on the discovery call, before anything is built.
