We're not a huge company. Is this overkill for us?+
No. This is built for small and mid-sized teams where one or two people are absorbing work a system could do. If a process happens more than a few times a week, it's usually worth automating.
Why not just use Zapier myself?+
You can, for simple things. Where it gets hard is error handling, multi-step logic, and picking the right tool when Zapier hits its limits. I design the whole system, not just one Zap, and I maintain it if something upstream changes.
What if we already have some automation in place?+
That's fine. I audit what exists, keep what works, and fix or replace what's fragile. You don't need to start from zero.
How long does a build actually take?+
Single-process builds typically take one to three weeks after the diagnostic. Larger, multi-system builds take longer. You'll get a fixed timeline before any build work starts.
Do you only work with UK businesses?+
I'm based in Manchester and work mostly with UK businesses, but the work is remote-friendly and I take on clients elsewhere too.
